A southern California native, Linsey has always felt a strong interest in doing hair and make-up. She aspired to make people feel good about themselves, and this industry was just the way to do that. After she graduated high school, she went straight into beauty school in Portland, Oregon and was able to learn under many of the Paul Mitchell national educators which was a very shaping experience for the start of her career.

Linsey learned about Face It! in high school and came here many times, and fell in love with the environment. She knew instantly that this was where she belonged. So when she finished school in Portland, she came home to Eugene and started at Face It! in September of 2011. 

Outside of work, Linsey's life consists of spending time with her long term boyfriend and taking care of her "kids", her two kitties, Nala and Binx. When asked about her favorite part of working at Face It! Linsey expressed that the girls that work here have made it such a fun and welcoming experience, and she, "always has a reason to smile" when she comes to work. With her positive attitude and professional work ethic, Linsey has already played a role in making Face It! the warm environment that it is.

Katrina joined the Face It! team in April 2010 in hopes of joining a trendy and passionate team, which is exactly what she got. She loved it so much that in April of 2011, she purchased Face It! and has really taken this salon to a new level. Her fresh ideas and keen sense for style has continued to develop Face It! into it's full potential. 

Throughout her entire life, Katrina always had a persistent interest in visual art. She could commonly be found in the art room in school, and had the intent to pursue a visual communications degree after graduating high school. However, she didn't realize until after moving to Seattle that she would find her real passion in the salon.
Katrina is one of our most trained and experienced professionals. She is currently a technical specialist with Wella, Sebastian and Nioxin. The plethora of expertise that Kat offers has taken her to amazing places such as Berlin and takes her on the road almost weekly to, "stay ahead of the trends," says Katrina. 

As a traveling Wella educator, Katrina helps Face It! stay at the top of its "style game" by bringing back new and fashionable ways to make people feel and look beautiful. Katrina expresses that her passion for this industry stems from her desire to make people feel amazing and teach them ways to enhance their beauty. She feels privileged as an artist to be able to travel and share her knowledge with other passionate stylists, and grow as an artist by learning from them as well. 

Katrina's fun-loving attitude and love for her profession make her a joy to work with. She loves coming to work, as it is "more play than work", and keeps the salon a fun place to be with her contagious laughter. She welcomes clients of all ages into her chair, and is sure that they walk out of the salon with a smile on their face and new-found feeling of confidence and beauty.
